Crashed bus keep on running in full speed in highway

NOV the 23th, the police officers on duty in Shijiazhuang ShiTai highway toll-gate were shocked in surprise by a crashed bus.
The bus’s glasses were all broken and gone, the body had tilted 15 degree in right, totally transformed, naked electric wires and scars were everywhere. To protect from the bloody cold wind, the driver wrapped up him closely, only left eyes outside. Just want to drive way home with lucky.
According to officer’s investigation, this bus has an accident before and be sent to a repair factory, however, the driver had no enough cash to pay for the bill, so when he found it can still work normally after an simple examine, he decided to drive it home as what it was.
